By accessing or using Continental Almanac ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Continental Almanac is a platform for European homesteaders to journal their land, track livestock, swap seeds, share preservation recipes, and buy and sell homesteading goods. We offer free and premium subscription tiers.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Continental Almanac a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for content you post. You must not post content that is false, misleading, harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
Continental Almanac facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. All transactions are between users. We take a platform commission on marketplace sales as disclosed at the time of listing.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly (€7) or annually (€59). A 14-day free trial is available for new premium subscribers. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You must not: scrape or harvest data from the platform; use the Service for spam or unsolicited messaging; post fraudulent listings; attempt to circumvent security measures; resell access to the Service; or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Continental Almanac does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Agricultural and food safety information on the platform is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Continental Almanac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses arising from marketplace transactions, food preservation errors, or agricultural decisions made based on platform content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country applies.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
